well lets see... its already the 11th and I have done ZERO planning for Jordie's 4th birthday party other than the date setting which will be the 23rd.
Jordie started school today! Its preschool and she gets out at 11:30 but its school to her, she was so excited that all night long she would wake up find me in the bed and tell me "Mama, its not sunny day yet" She did great, no tears just showed me and Robert her chair and her birthday balloon hugged us bye and that was it. She is such a big girl!
The house boat is coming right along, we put up birch on the walls and it looks so good. I can't wait to finish it. There are a few walls that still need a piece then hopefully we will be pollying it over the weekend. Maybe we could shoot to do that on Friday that way it could dry Friday night and Saturday we could go get the corrugated metal that we are planning on using for the cathedral ceilings. I am so excited! I can't wait to spend the night on it and all work to be FINISHED!! I have my fridge, a grill and some plug ins so I have been cooking on it for months now really. I can't wait till I no longer have to heat water to rinse the dishes that have been washed in the river.
No updates for Robert, other than the little man is getting back molars in. Its so odd cause he has all 4 teeth on top and bottom then spaces and molars. Weird. He is still a babbler not a talker but hopefully now that Sissy is in school for a few hours he can get some real words outta his little mouth.
Scotty is still my workaholic but he loves us so he works all he can. We are blessed that although he was raised to work to care for his family he also spends time with us. I swear I don't that that there has been a week that he has been off that we don't spend the majority of the time together. I love that man.
The homeschooling has not started yet but will as soon as the books come in which should be tomorrow at the latest. I am excited and the girls are too.
